With roles as diverse as a pastor performing a funeral in Walt Disney’s “SECRETARIAT,” to a creepy Dad in the 2011 Lucerne International Film Festival Showcase Selection “WAY FAR GONE, “ Wynn Reichert has established himself as a versatile actor. Since booking his first national commercial in Los Angeles more than 25 years ago, Wynn has had numerous roles on film, television and stage. His recent work includes the roles of a Music City record executive in the indie feature film, “THE 10 COMMANDMENTS OF CHLOE,” a seedy peddler in the post-apocalyptic feature “FALLS THE SHADOW,” and the emotionally demanding role as a grieving father in the short film “FATHERS, “ which was awarded Best Short at both the 2011 Colony Film Festival in Marietta, Ohio and the Midwest Christian-Inspirational Indie Film Festival in Chicago, Illinois.

Other recent film appearances include the school principal in “SWING,” which was named Best Short at the 2011 Nashville Film Festival and the office manager in “The 30 DAY CHALLENGE,” which was an Official Selection of both the 2011 LA Comedy Festival and Nashville Film Festival. Wynn was also seen as a sadistic killer in “TILL DEATH,” an Official Selection of the 2011 Secret City Film Festival and as a deranged homeless man in “YOU CAN’T STAY HERE,” a 2010 48 HR Film Project where he was awarded the Best Supporting Actor award.

His other recent work includes the films “IN AGGRESSION,” where was awarded Best Actor at the 2009 Watkins Film Screenings for his work as a vengeful husband and “THE PUGILIST, an Official Selection of the 2008 Nashville Film Festival where he played a small time racketeer. Other appearances include “THAT’S NOT FUNNY,” an Official Selection of the 2008 Buffalo Niagara Film Festival where he played the college dean and “VICTORIA,” an Official Selection of the 2010 Halloween In July Film Festival where he played a door to door salesman who shows up at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Over the years Wynn has acted with Jerry Seinfeld and Elizabeth Montgomery and NASCAR drivers Jeff Burton and Darrell Waltrip. Wynn has also appeared in several music videos, with lead roles in DJ Miller’s “BETWEEN SUNDAYS” and 3 Pill Morning’s “LOSER.” Wynn has also had supporting roles in Blake Shelton’s “GOD GAVE ME YOU,” Carrie Underwood’s “TEMPORARY HOME, ” Sara Evans’ “SUDS IN THE BUCKET, “ Big Kenny’s “SHARE THE LOVE,” James Otto’s “THESE ARE THE GOOD OLD DAYS,” and comedian Bill Engvall’s “WARNING SIGNS”.

As a stand-up comedian and musician, Wynn toured for more than a decade throughout the United States and also in Canada where he recorded his live 2007 comedy CD, “REDNECK WANNABE.” Some of the comedians Wynn has appeared with include Ron White, Lewis Black and Bob Sagat. Before becoming an actor, Wynn was a golf professional at the Bel-Air and Riviera Country Clubs in Los Angeles and before that an All-American collegiate golfer at Stephen F. Austin State University. He now lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
